The next step is  to get to know the owner and the estate through the contact you provided, this will be initiated by a Nikli Home employee,  and  will begin shortly after the entry  .

The next is one of the most important steps for us, at this point, as agreed, one of our employees will visit the property in person, where the contract will be concluded as part of the formal consultation. With regard to two-way communication and to avoid complications, this point can only be made with the care and precision we want to provide to our customers with the utmost testimony.

After the necessary consultations and the commissioning, a high-quality photographing of the property will take place (the owner will be able to attend in person, moreover work is also possible without the owner's presence through the trust built by several meetings), which will be carried out in parallel with a laser survey, an accurate and user-friendly floor plan or just a  3-dimensional visual design. In the 1-2 days after the survey and photography, the advertisement of the property will start online and you can start getting to know those who are interested, and then, in consultation with the owner, book an appointment.

Mutual understanding between the owners and the interested parties is important to us, which is essential for concluding a contract after the offer, for which we also provide the legal framework and the location of the contract through our Budagyöngyi office.
